20% increment??!! ~sigh…Of cos not my salary lar..

Everybody saying economy will be very bad next year. Some companies decided to deduct their staff’s salary, some companies forced their staff to take unpaid leave, some companies used this as an excuse for not giving bonus and increment. People start going out less, less shopping, less outside food, spend less money and etc.

But sometimes even if you plan to spend less your expenses will still increased. Last Friday, I got a memo from the condo management and they had decided to increase our maintenance fees, more than 20%!! 20% is quite a lot especially when you find that they are not really doing a very good job, the things we complaint did not resolve or keep reoccurring…

After living in a condo, you will find that it’s not really good to live in a condo.. you get what i mean? (renting a condo is different cos you don’t need to deal with the maintenance fees and etc..)

~sigh.. don’t feel like paying it but still have to pay….
