Susan told me she will be on leave tomorrow as she needs to accompany her father to get some legal advice from an attorney. What happened? Her father had the arthroscopic shoulder surgery and had received a shoulder pain pump to assist in his recovery. Instead of assisting his recovery, this shoulder pain pump had caused permanent shoulder pain and loss of mobility.

That is why they are meeting up with an attorney to seek for his advice. They wish to get legal compensation from the companies that manufacture, market or distribute the pain pumps.
