I deserved my $$$$$$!!!!!
January 9th, 2009 | by jys |I started to do online survey as one of the source for online making money. So this survey company that I joined is quite well known and they pay quite well if compared to local survey companies. How it works? Well, we will do surveys, then after finish a survey we will gets points (depends how much time u need to finish a survey, long survey, more points). So 100 points = USD 1 and only can cash out when you reached 2500 points.
It took me quite a while to reach 2500 points. By the time I redeemed my points (two months ago), I have 2600 points, which means I should be able to get USD 26. This morning I received an email from paypal informing me that there’s a pending amount for me to approve. It’s from the survey comp and the amount is USD 26. Immediately I login to my paypal and approved it and I was shocked to find out I only get USD 24.30! Where’s the USD 1.70??
When I check the details, I found out paypal treated me as the seller and the survey comp as the buyer. That is why paypal deducted USD 1.70 from the USD 26! I’m not a seller and I deserved the full amount of USD 26, the survey company should be the one that pay the charges, NOT me!!
I’ve sent an email to them on this but till now they have not reply me. According to my friends, there are a lot of people complaint on this issue but the survey company did nothing. Arggggg….@#%$&#@^#&$*$$#@

USD 24.3 is not bad liao !! WHat is the online survey ? izzit earn money fast or not?

not bad? one survery sometimes only 100 points leh.. have to do quite a lot of surveys lar.. not that easy to earn one. hehe…
what i mean is i deserved the USD 26, they should pay the USD 1.70, not me.. it’s like i did 2 free surveys for them already..

I tried 1 before, but i quit after 1 or 2 survey….. it takes up time…

ya, it takes time to save the 2600 points.. that is why i’m angry when they did not pay me the amount i deserved!

Hmm… I have the same experience, from the same company. I thought that was the transaction fees as they are using credit card… So, I didn’t complain on that issue.

no lar, they should be the one that pays for it. we earn this amount of money then we should be able to get that exact amount of money mar.. right or not?
I still not yet get any reply from them..I think they plan to ignore my complaint!!
