May I have you phone number please? NO!!!
February 11th, 2009 | by jys |One of my colleague from the support team told us he just spoken to a funny customer. He said normally before they helped the customers to solve their problems, they will need the customer’s details such as from which company, what is their dealer code and their phone number. So here’s the conversation between my colleague and the customer (a girl).
S: support guy, C: customer
C: Hi, I encountered this and this problem.
S: Ok, can I have your company name please?
C: xx company
S: dealer code?
C: 123456
S: What about your phone number?
C: I can’t give you wor..
S: huh? I need to record down your details.
C: I really can’t give you, I don’t simply give my phone number to guys one..
S: ????????? erm.. I need your company’s phone number, not your personal phone number..
C: …….
We all burst into laughter after our colleague told us about this. Maybe too many people asking for her (the customer) number that is why she’s a bit perasan! :p
