Resignation..which type are you?
March 10th, 2009 | by jys |There are a few types of people in the office. If you observe your colleagues, I bet you will noticed too. Here’s what I noticed:-
Type A, always telling people that he wants to resign, constantly complaint about the company and also asked others to leave the comp. But at the end of the day, after so many years, after so many people come and go, this type A still remained in the company.
Type B, really plan to resign, but before he found a new job and handed his resignation, he tells the whole comp (except his superiors) about his plan to resign. Funny type of people, he never think that the news will spread and his superiors will get to know about this.
Type C, plan to resign but never tell anybody about it. After tender the resignation letter only will start telling other colleagues.
Type D, after tender the resignation letter, started to talk bad things about the company, persuade other colleagues to resign…

hahaha I am none of the above! after i tender resignation, i keep quiet. only tell ppl who are relevant. so end up, only a few ppl knows i’ve left the company on my last day!

news will spread one mar.. when u start telling 1 person, that person will tell the other, and the other will tell the others. hehe.. still consider type C lor.. :p

I am the kind that
1. Find a job.
2. Sign the letter.
3. Resign from company.
4. Tell them at the last week of my tenure.
5. Spend everyone to dinner and lunch one more time.

hahaha no wor….i only told my assistant and my boss. i trust my assistant. she never gives away my secrets. my boss, cannot help lor right? so, after i left then only ppl started asking where i am? hahah
