Never admit to other ppl that you are not doing well..
March 27th, 2009 | by jys |I chat with a friend through msn few days ago. He told me he took a part time job as unit trust consultant. Since the economy is so bad, I asked him how is his unit trust business. Actually I already heard from another friend that he’s not doing that well in unit trust. Not much ppl willing to invest now and the price of the unit trust that he bought also dropped quite a lot.
Instead of telling me he’s not doing very well, he told me his unit trust business is very good. A lot of people invest in unit trust cos the price is low now and he advise me that I should invest as well. When I heard this from him, it makes me wonder, is he lying to me so that I can buy from him? If yes, then he’s treating me as a potential customer rather than a friend.
Never admit to other ppl that you are not doing well.. That’s his tactic to attract ppl to buy from him?
