Customers are always right
April 9th, 2009 | by jys |I went shopping for clothes last month and was served by this “black face” lady. I did not ask her to serve me, I did not ask her any questions, I just walked into the shop to see see look look.
She kept following me which I’m ok, but when I saw her black face, I really feel annoyed. Hey please, don’t show me this black face lar, I’m not your enemy..ok? And of cos, I did not buy anything from that shop and I told myself, if one day I got a chance to become a boss, I will make sure I won’t hire these kind of staff. It’s like you paid them to get rid of your potential customers!
On the other hand, I had been served by some really polite staff. They will follow you every where you go and when you focus on something, immediately they will want you to try it on. I’m just looking at it, not even touching it! I do feel they are a bit pushy..which makes me feels like walking out of the shop too..hehe….
Not easy to serve me? Well, maybe.. hehe..customers are always right mar.. So..please bear with me..
