Argggg!!! Streamyxxxxxx…..
May 26th, 2009 | by jys |I was really busy at home yesterday. Busy with what? Well, busy turning on and off my modem. What happened? Every time I turned on the modem, I can only access one single page for a site. Don’t understand? Let me give you an example.
Say.. I want to read blog A. So I type blog A url and I got to the site, pretty fast. Then there’s this ‘read more’ link for the post that I’m reading, so I clicked on it, then I realized the line is dead. So I walked to my modem, turned it off and turned it on again. I refresh that page and again, I’m able to access it.
So after finished reading that post, I typed another url and guess what, the line is down again! So I have to repeat the same thing, turned off and on the modem again to get the line up!! Argggg…..
Oh ya, I’ve tried accessing multiple sites at one time too, but it only seems to load for the first 2 sites then the line will say ‘bye bye’ to me again. What is wrong lar??? Anybody having this problem?

Maybe your modem got problems? It’s not auto redial?

no lar, don’t thinkso. the line is connected, just that it’s soooo slow till no sites able to load.

Is your DSL light stable for a minute then blink for the next 2? if so, check your modem power adaptor, mine was the case of the power adaptor failing and failing to provide the modem with enough power….

true lar. after i lodged a report, everyday they call me, asked me whether the line ok d or not? come on lar, if nobody come fixed it, how can the line ok by itself?
FYI, now still NOT OK!!!
