No more me chasing ghosts or ghosts chasing me dreams please…
June 9th, 2009 | by jys |Recently I dream a lot, one dream after another throughout my 7 hours sleep. What kind of dreams? Well, sometimes I can’t tell what I had dream cos when I woke up, I forgot. Sometimes I dream about being chased by ghosts, and sometimes I dream about ghosts being chased by me. hehe… All kinds of weird dreams.
I still remembered when I was still in primary school, I got this weird and scary dream that I dream about continuously for 3 days. I was so afraid to sleep cos I scared I will dream about it again. Luckily I stop dreaming about it after 3 days…
It makes me wonder sometimes, what makes us dream? Is it the movie I watched? The ppl I met? The book I read before I sleep that caused these dreams?
Hopefully tonight I will sleep soundly, without dreams. No more me chasing ghosts or ghosts chasing me dreams please.. All I want is a peaceful and good sleep.

Kesian lar you. Well…my grandma told me if you didn’t wash your feet before you sleep you’ll have nightmares. Who knows…perhaps you can try it right?

soak ur feets with hot water + salt.. to release tension
maybe this time u will chase away the ghost. keke…

try drinking warm milk b4 bed, or taking calsium tablet will make u sleep well n dream less
