Streamyx customer support.. sooooo GOOD lar… ~ Part 2
June 12th, 2009 | by jys |After so many days (almost 2 weeks!), we finally able to get one technical guy from Streamyx (who works during the school holidays) to come to our house yesterday to check what happened. I thought I’m able to finally online after 2 weeks without Internet connection but guess what? The line is NOT fixed yet!!
I asked FL, what did the technical guy said? and he said…
Oo, you tak read newspaper? streamyx ada annoucement mar… minggu ini banyak orang kena problem ini (dsl keep blinking), ini TM punya problem, bukan saya punya problem…saya pun tak tau macam mana fix lar..
What?? Not his problem? He’s not with TM? What the hell? FL told me he wants to go off as soon as he found out it’s the dsl blinking problem. He doesn’t wants to further check to see is there any other things not right and just asked us to wait until TM annouced the dsl thing already fixed.
So now what? WAITTTTTTTTTT again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw TM annoucement at newspaper said about having upgrade by this friday from 11pm to 6am
and next friday also (something like that).
so, your problem was before the upgrade woh?!

What to do? Keep calling to follow up. Ask for fix date.

Seriously I would love to ditch streamyx as soon as possible. Their service is way to low. =(

And yet they could win Broadband of the year award again! Ouh yeah..they are the only one who provide large scale broadband.

yeah.. i experienced tht. the problem is not really with the worker, usually, he is frm TM subsidiary or associated outsource company worker. MMg i oso cant do anything during the blinking thing. these low-level worker oso cant help.hhaha. but u can opt for wireless broadband like maxis, celcom n p1 if u feel like going wirelss with higher speed.

I know the problem is with TM, but I’m counting on him to fix my problem mar, and he’s representing TM, so when he said he can’t do anything and asked me to wait, sure I will geram lar…
I wanted to lar, but my place got no coverage.. ~sigh..should check again with them to see whether got coverage now or not.

hahah… i also no read newspaper lol.. but i also got same problem.. suddently internet will hang.. =.=
