Streamyx customer support.. sooooo GOOD lar… ~ Part 3

I know i’ve been posting a lot about Streamyx these few days but sorry lar, I can’t helped it. I just can’t stopped complaining about Streamyx!! So please bear with me.. :p

Remember the technician that came to my house and told me he don’t know when can TM fixed the DSL blinking problem and asked me to wait? I did read from the newspaper that Streamyx gonna have maitenance on Friday (or is that Saturday), so i waited patiently and pray hard that my streamyx will be ok after their maintenance.

But of cos, my line still not OK after their so called maintenance/upgrade. So yesterday night FL called again. Gave them our report number and asked them to check the status, and guess what? They said our report is CLOSED and our problem is FIXED.

What the hell? You simply sent over a technician and your technician said he can’t do anything about it. After that you just simply close my report and said it’s fixed? The customer support guy said gonna create a new report for us again. Of cos he kena shoot again by FL, create a new report? then I have to wait for ANOTHER 3 days then only can call back to ask the status is it? Why can’t you just reopen the report?

Then again, he asked us to check this and check that. FL was on the phone with him for like an hour, then out of a sudden, their phone conversation got interruption and then terminated. Of cos, that guy never call back, and we also lazy to waste our time and money to call them back. Geram betul! I think Streamyx is really testing our patience, to see how far can we go, to see when we want to terminate Streamyx!!

This is the third week I don’t have Internet connection already, I want to ask for a refund. Anybody know how to request for a refund?

    Wow, streamyx service sucks. I think that those technicians working with streamyx don’t even know how to do stuff. I recommend you call directly to the KL TM to complaint. I still remember I call to KL and complaint and the next day, my line is back and good condition. hahaShould give those lazy and useless technician some lesson so that they know how to work properly.     Streamyx sucks! Haha :D Here I am again joining your complaints. But I can’t tahan also. Mine is 1MBps but…the download speed is only 90kbps. Which is only 9% of the speed. Damm streamyx! And yet they can win award? Is frost and sullivan blind?

    O I see. Because I am from Kuching. So, the service here is a lot more worse. I called KL TM and then I think that maybe KL there call the Kuching branch and “marah” them. So, they give very good services the next day. lol. :)

    i’m not as lucky as u lar.. 3rd week without internet connection. worst is, want to terminate also cannot, my area, izzi no coverage, p1 no coverage…

    Wait until your line get fixed first. Then call TM again and file refund. They will refund money back. I tried that before. My connection down for 2 weeks.
