Streamyx customer support.. sooooo GOOD lar… ~ Part 4
June 17th, 2009 | by jys |Ok, just to let you guys know, my Streamyx still NOT OK yet. Yesterday FL called Streamyx again, since our previous report already closed by them (close without fixing the problem, geng leh!!), we got no other option but to let them lodge another new report for us. This time they said they will send this report to the so called “SPECIAL TEAM”. Let’s just wait and see what this “SPECIAL TEAM” can do… Oh ya, and we need to wait for at least 2 days only can call to ask the status of the report. ~sigh.. so basically we need to go through the whole waiting process all over again!!
Seriously, I really feels like terminating Streamyx. We are the one paying them every month and when problems come, we need to BEG them and hope that one day they got mood to help us solve our problems. There is really nothing can be done except WAIT. So frustrating!!
I asked my friend (who is doing these streamyx, p1 wimax, internet stuff) which one is better and he told me although streamyx sucks, streamyx is still the best among all. I can’t even switch to p1 or izzi even I want to cos my area is not within their coverage.
Oh god.. please help me fix the stupid Streamyx….

You friend is right when he said that “although streamyx sucks, streamyx is still the best among all”
I’ve had my bad days with streamyx but when its fixed and I read other complaints about other broadband providers, I feel glad that I choose streamyx.
I have a friend who has to tie her reception to the window grill with her daughter’s shoe lace just to get reception you know…
just be patient am sure the nightmare will end.

I can’t believe you have been writing this for a few days. Well…just ditch streamyx if your area support other internet service provider.

It happen to me before.You call to TM report internet issue is not use,you just call to TM report ‘kerosakan phone’,then TM will send a technician coming (come with a Nissan Van),then you tell him internet got problem,normally these guy have technical background,they can solve the problem .Lastly remember get the hp no from the guy,if next time got the internet or phone problem,direct can him,no need go through TM helpline.
For the refund issue,call up to TM and tell them i need refund with the report no.

actually, nowadays more internet users will have the similar issue.
Like my friend’s streamyx, morning and noon time still fine, when come to night time….the speed is not stream, but screaming! you can scream with that turtle speed while it called as boardband.
Already make the complains to the tmnet and they always claimed no problem when they come to check during noon time……Well, the problem is occurred during night time and their technicals don’t working at night, how should it sorted out?
In fact, there are several alternative ways you can consider.
Wimax = some said bad in forum, but few of my friends using it so far so good…sometime will have dc issue..depends on location
digi = this not sure
celcom 3g = 2 of my friend using it,one got signal issue, another one no problem, depends..
maxis 3g = consider not bad la…but sometime it is still slower than my streamyx…and sometime faster…
after all…streamyx although suck, but cheapest among all..
forget to mention my modem facing difficulty to connect internet yesterday from noon until night time…

EXACTLY!! morning and noon no problem, at night a lot of problems!! i think streamyx themselves know they are still the best among all, that is why their customer service sucks lar..

i heard some ppl said that no point to use other alternative, they cant provide better service too, as all being control by TM.

streamyx are reallly sucks ..i get complaint from my fren who use 1mb but actually is below 394mbps package..
