I m facing the same problem now! They simply update CONSIGNEE NOT AT HOME without even bother to show up.! Now, at this very minute, i m waiting for their 2nd delivry attempt. They promised to deliver before 6pm..now 5:28pm.. Very2 concern coz package is important for tmrw event.! <strong><em>Jys: yes, it is very frustrating. if it's really urgent, better dun use their service... ~sigh..</em></strong> OMG.! Almost 5 days now…
I didn’t get my parcels…
They told me that they ware send to me..
when I trace the consignment number..
I don’t who are the receiver..
One of them is like my name..but the ic no is wrong…
I complaint about it to the sender company…
They will investigate the skynet…
Hopefully I will get back my parcels…

Later on, after 1 month i receved a call from kastam about this matter.. one of the kastam staff asked me weter we used kastam to do delivery for our customer or not..i told kastam "yes we used kastam to do delivery by skynet"...than i was try to get the chop & sign copy which approved by kastam.. i called skynet 1st... 1 of the skynet's customer service told me that they wil never keep any records for customer tat they used kastam to do clearance or what... ok i stop call skynet..than i was try call my customer .. my customer told me that our skynet never use kastam to do clearance for that delivery... coz they don have any custom chops or signatures.... so i call again skynet(pj), they stil tell me the same story that they don keep any records but they used kastam to do delivery..when i ask them in black and white to prove that they used kastam to do delivery or not.. their answer is, will try to get if got. So now myself need to submit the kastam clearance copy to kastam department if not we need to pay the "SAMAN" And about their service is very bad. sometime no body to help us to answer..
