We cannot carry forward any leave.
Any we have block leave which is 10 days and must take one shot continuously. sigh..

what kind of company is tat?

I think if the leave can convert to money, i dont mind to come work everyday…

but many company doesnt allow tat, just like your leave will be forfeited if more than 3 days….

in the end, since it cannot change to money, or it will be wasted, just sleep at home lo..

haha, if can convert to money, everyone will work and no one will take leave lar. hehe.. i know some big comps allows their staff to sell back their leaves, not bad hor.. but unfortunately, my comp don’t have lar.. you can get back money when u resign lar..
