Best health plans?

My aunt told me she’s looking for health plans for herself and her family. She hopes to get a good price and a good plan that has full coverage. I asked her to check out Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, bcbsnc as they are well known of their best health plans. Their staff are well trained and experienced and I’m sure all my aunt’s questions will be well answered.
