A boring weekend…
August 18th, 2009 | by jys |I have a lot of friends always complaint (that includes me, hehe..) about their work, how they wish everyday is a holiday, how they wish to work 3 days and off 4 days in a week… and how nice if we don’t need to work and etc etc etc…of cos it’s fun if you and your friends don’t need to work, but if it’s just you, trust me, it won’t be that fun …
Why said so? Last week I was on mc for 2 days, Thursday and Friday. You probably will say, wah, so nice? can have a long weekend… well, yes and no, at first I thought so too. Finally I can sleep and do nothing at home for so many days.. how nice.. Thursday passed quickly, basically I sleep for the whole day, the medicine given by the doctor makes me feel sleepy and tired. On Friday, I got better and I started to surf the net a little bit, do some house chores and that’s when I feel a bit boring, time crawls like snail. During the weekend I stayed at home as well cos my flu wasn’t 100% cured yet. And yes, it was sooo boring….
I asked myself? Didn’t I like weekend a lot? Why I wished this weekend ends faster? Well, I guess when we’re working, weekends to us are precious, but if we’re not working, weekends to us is like nothing, right?
Does that mean I won’t complaint about work anymore? hahahaha, of cos not!!!

Well…holidays are ok..IF we have planned out what to do. But if we were to slack around doing nothing…chances are we will get bored quite easily.

haha, if you’re not working everyday, then weekend to you is nothing already mar.. right? we all must work then only will appreciate weekends. :p
