Another public holiday? Yay!!
October 19th, 2009 | by jys |I think this must be a great news for all employees and a not so great news to all employers. hahahaha.. I read from thestar this morning that our PM had declared that beginning next year, Sept 16, which is Malaysia Day has been declared a public holiday. yay!! That means we will have another rest day!! Cool right?
And for your information, next year Sept 16 is a Thursday!! So we will not need to work on that Thursday next year. wuahahahahahahaha….
ya..i know.. i’m desperate for holidays… :p who doesn’t right?

What holiday would be celebrated on Sept 16? Sorry, I’m from the U.S. I love holidays too…less work and more time for leisure and resting.

It’s a day where it marked the joining together of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak, and Singapore to form Malaysia. Hence, we called is the Malaysia Day.
