Best way to get rid of belly fat

Sandy, Sally and I were discussing the best way to lose belly fat during lunch few days ago. Sally said it is best not to sit right after you eat. Sandy said exercise such as sit ups will help to get rid of the belly fat. As for me, I think the best way is not to eat at all. Well of cause they both know I was just joking, I guess if one really wants to lose belly fat, both Sally and Sandy’s suggestions will really help. Don’t you think so?
