Argggg….

I was quite frustrated yesterday, trying to call someone for so many times but not able to get her!!

O – Operator, S – Some staff

First time calling.. at 10+am .. after pressing 1 for english, and 0 for operator…
O: Hello?
J: Hi, I would like to ask about the car installment… (haven’t even finished the sentence, she transferred the call…)
S: Hello?
J: Hi, I would like to ask about the car installment…
S: She’s away, call back later…
J: … (phone conversation ended…)

Second time.. at 11am, after pressing 1 and 0..
O: Hello?
J: (again.. haven’t even finished the sentence, she transferred the call…)
S: Hello?
J: Hi, I would like to ask about the car installment…
S: You need to speak to Norizan, she’s not here now.. call back later…
J: Is there anybody else that I can speak to about the installment?
S: No, she’s the only handling installments… You need to call back later..
J: …

Third time..at 11am+.., after pressing 1 and 0..
O: Hello?
J: Hello, may I speak to Norizan pls? (call transferred…)
S: Hello?
J: Hello, may I speak to Norizan pls?
S: She’s engaged on the line.. can you call back later?
J: ok…

Fourth time..at 2pm.., after pressing 1 and 0..
O: Hello?
J: Hello, may I speak to Norizan pls? (call transferred…)
S: Hello?
J: Hello, may I speak to Norizan pls?
S: She’s not in, she went for her prayers..
J: When will she be back?
S: around 2:30pm..
J: ….

I called the fifth time at about 3pm, gave her some time to rest after she’s back from her prayers at 2:30pm… I wondered will I be able to get her? Will she go for tea time at 3pm? Luckily I managed to get her after calling her 5 times..~sigh…hate to make these phone calls sometimes.. waste time and money…
