Any recommendations?

The Christmas gathering, New Year gathering, then followed by the Chinese New Year, and then a few family gatherings after the Chinese New Year. All these gathering involved a lot of oily food. I guess it is time to research for some colon cleanse products to clean our colon. There are so many colon cleansing products out there so I have to be really careful in selecting the best one for my family. Any recommendations?
