Lunch appointment with ex colleagues

I had a lunch appointment with a group of ex colleagues today. I was late for the lunch and everyone else were already there when I reached. They were discussing some interesting topic and nobody realized I was there. When I sat on the empty seat reserved for me, I heard they were discussing about diet pills that work. Oh my, diet pills again? I guess girls are constantly talking about dieting stuff, don’t you think so?
