I miss travelling!!
August 12th, 2010 | by jys |I received a newsletter from a travel forum this morning titled “Your friends think you need a holiday”. Well, I myself also think that I need a holiday lar.. hehe.. Then when I read the newsletter, another title caught my attention, “No idea where to go?” hahaha, for sure I know where I want to go, there are so many places that I wish to go. My main concern is MONEY lar.. hehe..
Anyway, for the past few yrs, I tried to go for a trip at least twice a year, just to relax myself. I found it quite good, I felt happier, less stressful when I got back from my holiday. Of cos, due to financial issue, those places I chose were normally those nearby ones, don’t need to spend so much one. However, this year, due to certain reasons, I did not go anywhere, I didn’t even take much leave. As until now, I feel really tired and feel that I really need a break.
Travel this year is definitely not possible for me, perhaps a short trip beginning of next year? hmmm….

Just found this page from a link. I so miss traveling. It has not even been 5 months yet since I have been back but I feel like I just need to go again. It was great feeling not knowing what the next place you would visit be or what you would be doing the next day. Anyways the answer to your question. I took about 7-8 weeks off and for most of February I was In Whistler Canada Volunteering for the Olympics and learning to snowboard. Great times. Went there with no friends and came out with some good friendships. Then I was off to Europe. The UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. It was really good times and miss so much of it. I am ready again to go! I have done some mini trips here and there since but need to go for that long hull again. Just need more cash and the time off work…

ya, i miss traveling too!! How nice if I can travel without the need to worry about the money.. can go anywhere I want and can go anytime i want.. hehe…
