		<title>24/7 support? Then why you said you&#8217;re closed for holidays???!!!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">When i look for web hosting company, besides looking at the size, bandwidth and etc, I will also make sure they have this 24/7 support (especially if the web host company is overseas one). When i registered with my current web hosting, they did mention that they have 24/7 support, got live chat support, email support, phone support and etc. So happily I signed up with them&#8230;</p>
<p>Then here comes the nightmare! Few days ago, one of our client complaint email got problem.. they can&#8217;t sent more than 50 emails within an hour. I&#8217;m not sure why the web host want to limit this so i went to their website and hope to chat with the live support but guess what? I was so shocked to see they&#8217;re CLOSED for holidays!! FL even tried to call them (to US!!!) and what he get was &#8216;We&#8217;re closed for holidays!&#8217;!!</p>
<p>What do they mean by 24/7? 24/7 means no matter weekdays, weekend, day or night, public holiday or not you have to OPEN for SUPPORT!! Yesterday they were on holidays, today still holiday, I wonder when they finished their holiday and start working again! Argggggg&#8230;.</p>
