Order is pretty simple, you can either leave us a comment or drop us an email at jyshops@jy-s.com. Let us know the code of the item together with your personal details (Name, Address, H/p).

We will provide you our bank account details and once payment received, we will deliver the item within 3 days through Poslaju. Please refer to the Shipping page for the delivery charges.

We will informed you after we delivered the item and the tracking no will be given to you. You shall received your item in a day or two (Klang Valley/working day).

Notes:

1. Items will be checked and we will make sure it is in good condition before it is being delivered. Therefore no refunds and exchange once the item sold.
2. We will not hold responsible for any lost and damages during delivery.
3. Reservations can be made for a maximum of 2 days. We will released the item to the next interested buyer if we haven’t heard from you within 2 days.
