Goodbye 2009..

Few hours more to say bye bye to year 2009. Looking back, what have I done/accomplished this year? Hmmm…. Well, first of all, I did gain a few pounds, it seems like I’m gaining a few pounds every year, my god!! :p Then I started my little online business, JY Shops, which most of the ppl think it will only lasts for a while, but I’ve proved to ppl that it lasts longer than you guys think. hehe..

What else? Hmm, went to two trips this year, Hanoi, in the middle of the year, and Bangkok(2 months ago), both still got no time to blog yet. Enjoyed the Bangkok trip more than the Hanoi trip. hehe…Photos also not yet sorted out. :p As for my work? not much difference, was quite free at the very first few months of the year and now getting busier, which I think it’s a good thing.

As for the new year? I will not set any resolutions, cos I know even if I did, I will probably change the resolutions again, I prefer to go according to my heart… hehe.. No resolutions doesn’t mean I won’t achieve anything next year, right?

Anyway, Bye bye 2009, Welcome 2010 and I hope for a better year ahead.

10 days leaves sounds like a lot but trust me, it’s not really that long lar. See, it’s like i just started to go on leave yesterday and today I’m back at work. hehe…

So how’s my CNY? How’s my holidays? Well, I did a lot of travelling (to south then to north), a lot of eating (until got diarrehea. haha.. ok lar, there’s nothing to do with eating a lot, it happened to the whole family, we ate some overnight curry.. luckily not too serious, nobody went to see the doctor.. can treat it as ‘qing cheong wai’ hehe..), a lot of money spent and a lot of sleep!! So overall, I enjoyed my CNY and my long leaves! (You can see how enjoy I am until I totally forget about my blogs, today is the 9 day of CNY and my blog still remained unchanged. hehe…)

A lot of people already started to work yesterday but I believe there are still a portion of people will start work tomorrow. What about you? Have you start work yet? How’s your CNY?

I’ve been hearing this a lot, from friends, relatives, books, magazines, newspapers, radio, tv… that the year of cow (‘niu’) is not good for me. Career, not good, wealth, not good, relationship, not good, health, not good, really nothing is good lar..Since everything is not good, I’ve decided not to hear any more “not good” stuff and just hope for the best to come. hehe….

Time flies and today is the last day of year 2008. Hmm, how would I describe year 2008? Well, not a bad year, not very good as well.hehe… There’s no big ups and downs for this year, career wise, normal lar..relationship..also normal lar.. and money wise.. still the same, always money not enough!! hehe…

One thing I’m happy is that I’ve accomplished my plan to go travel to 3 different countries this year! In January, I was in Bangkok for my 2nd visit, then in July I went to Hong Kong/Macau and had a great shopping experience, then finally in December, I went to Taiwan!!

I know year 2009 will be a tough year, the whole economic crisis thing but I will try to be optimistic and hope for the best. I do hope a little change in my job…and more money..if possible… (who doesn’t wish for more money right?) and of cos most importantly is that all my family, relatives and friends including myself are healthy!!
